About this event
It’s Sunday so let’s go on a leisurely ride with a later start time to a very good Italian restaurant many of us have frequented before. Join us for a nice windy road trip to Joe’s Italian Grill in Hempstead. The trip will be 2 segments of an hour each. The return trip, if you choose to join us, will be approx. 1.5 hours back to the Pit Stop in Richmond.
Since it is Sunday and RHD will be closed, we will meet at 9:30 for KSU at 10:00 from the Pit Stop #31 at the Williams Way exit off I-59/69 on the south side of the freeway. This is the next exit past 99/Crabb River Road. This is a relatively new place that the Friday riders have been using recently. It has proven to be a good and a safer location to enter and leave. For those that might not want to come that far south to meet us, we will stop at the Chevron at 359 & 529 around 11:00 if you would like to meet us there.

Stop along the way: Chevron ay 359 & 529 around 11:00 (NOT the Chevron on 362 & 539)

IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON RIDING, PLEASE REGISTER SO WE HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW MANY RIDERS THE ROAD CAPTAINS NEED TO ACCOMODATE!
Notification of cancellation will be posted at least 1 1/2 hours before the meet time. Arrive 30 minutes before KSU with a full tank. Be sure that you have checked your bike (tires, air pressure, etc.....). Routes and destinations are subject to change with little or no notice. You can cancel your reservation any time.
